Purpose
The Stakeholder Advisory Team will provide overarching review and recommendations about proposed changes to the City’s development-related codes and offer advice to help the Project Team shepherd the code development phase of the project to a successful outcome. The Stakeholder Advisory Team includes members of the City Council and Planning Commission, residents, property owners, and professionals that offer knowledge, experience and expertise relevant to the project, reflect our community’s diversity, and represent a cross-section of urban, suburban, and rural perspectives.
Stakeholder Advisory Team will be responsible for examination of key elements and technical aspects of the project to include:
- The consultant team’s assessment of the current code;
- Structure and components of the proposed development code, including development standards, administrative procedures, and graphics and maps;
- Alignment with the comprehensive plan; and
- Public input
