Using the Manual does not assume approval of any plans, project or other request.
All plans for tie-ins to the City's Utilities water or wastewater infrastructure must be approved by the Private Development group in Utilities Engineering. The Utilities Department reserves the right to make adjustments or additional requirements for development plans or applications on a case-by-case after analysis and evaluation by the our engineering team.
