Private Development Manual

The Private Development Design Manual for Water & Wastewater Design Requirements sets the minimum design requirements for construction and development projects. It is intended for property owners, developers, engineers and other applicants. Using the Manual does not guarantee approval of any plans, project or requests.

All plans connecting to the City's water or wastewater infrastructure must be approved by the Private Development team in Utilities Engineering. The Utilities Department may adjust requirements or add new ones based on a case-by-case review by engineering staff.
