Schedule a Sprinkler Checkup

The Oklahoma City Water Conservation Team offers free sprinkler checkups for Neighborhood and Homeowner's Association maintained common areas and multi-family properties (not individual residential properties). Program staff will run through each zone and flag problem areas. An Association or building management contact needs to be available to show where controllers are located. Sprinkler systems must use Oklahoma City water.

Apply for a Watering Variance

Before planting grass seed or rolling out new sod, apply for a watering variance to establish your lawn. Supplemental watering on consecutive days ensures your seed and sod get off to a good start.

Variances allow for 21 days of consecutive watering sod or 30 days of consecutive watering for seed.

Not needing to water every odd/even day? The water conservation team can also issue variances for two-day per week and one-day per week watering that is in accordance with water conservation stages 2 and 3.
