Find Public Art This interactive map shows images, information and locations of the works in the City of Oklahoma City's public art collection. The City adds an average of around 12 new works every year, and the map will be regularly updated to accurately reflect the growing collection.
Artist Registry Oklahoma City’s Artist Registry is a space where artists can share their work with the public and in return, it gives the public an opportunity to discover some exceptionally talented artists! The Registry also serves as a resource for registered artists to learn about upcoming public art projects funded through the City’s 1% for Arts ordinance and other sources.
Opportunities & Announcements The City of Oklahoma City’s Office of Arts & Cultural Affairs may issue Calls to Artists for Public Art Projects and announcements seeking related service providers through Bidnet Direct. Those who may be interested in submitting their qualifications to be considered for future projects are encouraged to register in Bidnet Direct now in order to submit your proposals electronically.
Oklahoma City Arts Commission The Commission is comprised of 15 members, appointed by the Mayor and approved by the City Council. Six members serve at large. The Arts Council of Oklahoma City and the Allied Arts Foundation are each represented by one member. Three members are professional artists, performers and/or architects. Four members represent other arts and cultural organizations.
