Boat Stall Rentals
The Oklahoma City Utilities Department rents dry and wet boat stalls to the public at Lake Hefner and Lake Stanley Draper. For more information about boat stall rentals, call OKC Utilities boat stall staff at (405) 297-2422 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. on weekdays.
Available Stalls
To see available boat stalls, zoom in to your preferred lake location (Hefner or Draper) using the map below, and change the map view to Aerial. When you have found an available boat stall, click the link “Purchase Permit” to create a boat stall rental application through the Accela Citizen Access Portal.
Rental Priority
All dry and wet boat stalls are rented first come, first serve. If a particular wet stall size requested is unavailable, you may be added to the waitlist and will be contacted when the size you have requested becomes available. Rental Requirements
To qualify for a dry or wet boat stall permit, you must have a valid Oklahoma state boating license and Oklahoma City boating permit. You will need your boat title or registration information to purchase a boating permit. Before you rent, make sure you are aware of our boat stall rental policies(PDF, 1MB).

Boat stalls are rented annually; however, daily rentals are also available. Boat stall renters may choose to pay annually or via monthly installments.
The City of Oklahoma City offers the following payment options:
- Annual rental permit fees are added to your utility bill. If you do not have an Oklahoma City water utility bill, one will be created for your boat stall rental.
- The option of paying monthly, including automatic deductions from a bank account, is available for annual permits only.
- Payments cannot be made at the marinas for annual rental permits.
- Monthly and daily rental permits for short-term rentals may be purchased at the marinas, and payment is due at the time of rental.
Boat stall permits auto-renew annually on the anniversary date of the current rental permit unless by the permit holder cancels the permit at least 30 days prior to the anniversary date.

Wet Stall Rentals
Wet stall rental provides the convenience of storing your boat on the water and in a locked stall area. Electrical power (110v and 220v) is available at each wet stall. Potable water is only available at the boat ramp entrance.
Wet stalls require a fob and PIN, which are issued by the marina upon completion of a boat stall rental permit. Wet stall rentals include one fob per rental permit. One additional fob is available with a $25 deposit.
Dry Stall Rentals
Dry stall rental provides the convenience of storing your boat and/or trailer in a fenced and locked area at the lake.
Only navigable boats and boat trailers listed on the boat stall permit can be stored in the dry stalls. Trucks, campers, and other items are not permitted.
Sailboats may be stored in the dry stalls with the mast up.
Dry stalls require a combination code which is issued by the marina upon completion of a boat stall rental permit.
Other Information
- If you need Lake Patrol, call 911 and request Lake Patrol assistance.
- Lake hours are 5 a.m. to 11 p.m., except for permitted activities, such as boating and fishing. Permits allow use of the lakes 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- Dry and wet stalls are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Only the boats listed on the permit can be stored in dry or wet stalls.
- All items must be stored on the watercraft or taken with you at the end of the day.
- Boat stall rental permits are not transferable.
- Under the Terms and Conditions of the boat stall rental permit, renters release, indemnify and hold harmless the City If there is a loss or damage to property stored in the dry or wet stalls.
