The City provides Tuition Reimbursement for full-time employees for most pay plans which provides reimbursement for tuition and required fees, up to $1,250 per semester.

The American Fidelity Assurance Company provides the City's Health Flexible Spending Accounts and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts.

Life

The City provides $20,000 in basic life insurance and an additional $5,000 in Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance at no cost to the employee.
