How to Add External Courses to Your Learning Transcript in Oracle
Completed a course or training outside of Oracle? Don't let it go unrecognized. You can manually add external learning to your transcript to track your growth and stay ready for future opportunities.
Here’s how to do it:
1. Log into Oracle
Use your regular credentials to access Oracle through the City portal.
2. Go to the Learning module
Once you're in, select “Learning” from the main menu.
3. Select “Record External Learning”
In the top right corner, click the three-dot menu (...) and choose “Record External Learning.” This option allows you to manually add training you completed outside of the Oracle system.
4. Fill out the course details
Enter the course title, completion date, provider, and any other required information. Upload proof of completion (like a certificate), if available.
5. Click “Submit”
Hit “Submit” in the top right corner. After your submission is reviewed and approved, the course will appear in your transcript.
