Bidding

Effective February 13, 2025, The City of Oklahoma City and related Trusts have partnered with Bidnet Direct to post all bidding opportunities. We welcome all vendors to register for FREE with the Oklahoma Purchasing Group. There is NO CHARGE to register, simply follow the registration path and select the "Limited" package, select "Oklahoma" for your state, enter your information, and select "Finalize the registration". You will receive notifications of matching solicitations and addenda. Call the Bidnet Support Team at 800-835-4603, option 2, or email support@bidnet.com for assistance.

 

There is no charge to register with Bidnet Direct or to submit bids to The City of Oklahoma City or trusts through the system.

How to register

  1. Go to Bidnet Direct, and click on the REGISTER NOW link.

  2. Select the Limited plan at no cost.

  3. Select NIGP codes to receive bid notifications for your industry.

  4. Your information will be saved and your account will be activated within 48 hours.  If you have questions or need assistance, please contact the Bidnet Direct Support Team at 800-835-4603, option 2, or email support@bidnet.com.
