How to Get a Certificate of Compliance

Step 1

Required Documents

  • Application
  • A copy of the site plan
  • A copy of the floor plan
  • A copy (single-sided) of a signed lease agreement (unless owned by applicant)
  • The Notice of Intent page from the ABLE application packet and the Publisher's Affidavit
  • Legal Description

Once all sections are approved, your Certificate of Compliance will be emailed. The Certificate of Compliance letter must be given to ABLE as part of their application process.
