OKC Parks rents portable bleachers for indoor or outdoor special events throughout the Oklahoma City area. For pricing and additional details, please consult the Portable Bleacher Rental Information flyer(PDF, 1MB) . 

Bleacher Information

Up to four individual units are available. Each unit can seat about 180 people. 

Bleachers dimensions:

  • 10 feet, 8 inches tall
  • 18 feet, 2 inches deep (folded out)
  • 31 feet long (36 feet with tongue out)
  • Nine rows

Rental Logistics

  • To apply for a rental, please complete the Bleacher Rental Agreement and Application(PDF, 219KB) and send it to parkrentals@okc.gov. Please allow 14 business days for application review.
  • Once approved, you will have seven days to pay for your bleacher rental. Payments can be made by phone at (405) 297-3882 or in person at OKC Parks & Recreation, 420 W Main Street. Accepted forms of payment are cash, check, cashier's check or money order, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover only).
  • OKC Parks will deliver and set up bleachers at the designated event site. Pre-event inspection may be required if set-up area is not located on a firm, reasonably level surface.
  • Overnight security must be provided if bleacher units are to be left overnight at any location.
