Athletic fields for youth and adult league play are available for seasonal rental.
Practice rentals will open at 8 a.m. on the first business day of the practice rental start time frame for each season:
Spring: March to May 31 with rentals opening in January.
Summer: June 1 to August 31 with rentals opening in April.
Fall: September 1 to November 30 with rentals opening in July.
Winter: December 1 to February 28 with rentals opening in October.
If the first business day of the quarter is a City holiday, then the permits will be available on the next business day.
Athletic fields reservations are available first come, first served.
Bookings open at 8 a.m. on the designated day. Call (405) 297-3779 or email athleticrentals@okc.gov at or after 8 a.m. Leave one voicemail or send one email; multiple requests are not necessary. Voicemail and emails are returned in the order they are received. Voicemails or emails sent before 8 a.m. will placed at the end of the line for requests.
When requesting a field, please include the park location, field number if you have a preference, the date or date range, and the time block.
Payment is due in full at the time of booking. After your booking is processed you will receive a receipt and booking confirmation to your email.
Rentals can also be made in person by appointment only at the OKC Parks Administrative Offices: 420 West Main St., Suite 210, Oklahoma City, OK 73102.
Athletic leagues, tournaments, and competitions must follow the Athletic Event Parks application process and may submit application up to 364 days before the start of the first day of play for their event. Please see below.
Prep, chalking and dragging: $25 per field
Prep, field painting: $125 per field
Entry Fee: $20 per team per day
Concessions: $10 an hour per facility
Lights: $5 an hour per field
Premier Fields: Mowed multiple times per week.
Secondary Fields: Mowed weekly.
Basic Fields: Mowed every two to three weeks.

If a cancellation notice is received more than 30 calendar days in advance, an alternate date within the current or next open season may be chosen at no additional charge, or a refund may be given minus the $50.00 cancellation fee. If a cancellation notice is received less than 30 days in advance of the event, an alternate date within the current or next open season may be chosen at no additional charge, but no refund will be given. You will have fourteen calendar days to select your new reservation date. If no notice of cancellation is given no refund will be given. Weather is unpredictable. Parks Administration reserves the right to determine the severity of inclement weather and the opportunity to reschedule. In case of severe inclement weather on the date of the rental, the applicant may call the emergency number on the contract at least one hour before the event and must call the Parks Administration office by the next business day to reschedule. An alternate date within the current or next open season must be chosen in fourteen calendar days. Refunds are not given for inclement weather.
If you are planning on running a league, tournament, camp, or clinic at one of the OKC Parks ball fields, you may need an athletic event permit. When applying for a permit, the first step is completing our Athletic Event Permit Application and submitting it to the Park Events and Permitting Office at athleticrentals@okc.gov.
