Register at okcutilities.com to conveniently view bills, make payments, and request services related to water and trash collection in Oklahoma City. You can subscribe to automatic bill pay, donate to Help 2 Others (H2O), compare your water use history and check your trash, recycling and bulky waste days.
You can also make a one-time payment on the okcutilities.com or mobile app without a log-in.

PaySite Kiosks
Kiosks are typically located in Homeland, Crest Foods, and 7-Eleven stores. The kiosks cannot give cash back, so when paying by cash, make certain to pay as close to the exact amount due as possible. Any change remaining after payment will be credited to your Utilities account. To find a kiosk near you, go to pay.uspayments.com/kiosk.
Western Union Agent Locations
Fill out a form with the name of the biller (Oklahoma City Utilities), your account number, and the amount due. Western Union will provide a receipt to confirm your transaction. Use the MTCN number on the receipt to track the transaction. Find an agent location near you at locations: WesternUnion.com.

Average Monthly Billing
Average monthly billing can help smooth out the seasonal highs and lows of your monthly utility bill. The average monthly bill amount can vary each month, depending on the number of days in each billing cycle and future water use. Bill averaging will continue until you unenroll or stop service with us. At that point, you will be charged or credited with any balance remaining at the end of the auto-pay period.
The following customers are eligible for average monthly billing:
- Residents who live in a single-family dwelling, duplex or mobile home and have an individual water meter
- Have water service
- Have received at least one utility bill
- Enrolled in Auto Pay
- The account is not past due
If your account is eligible you can enroll online through the My OKC Utilities Portal or call Utilities Customer Service 405-297-2833.
Installment Plans and Payment Extensions
If you need to stretch out your monthly payments, you can sign up for an installment plan or payment extention using My OKC Utilities. Installment plans are available for only for qualifying customers. To sign-up, log into your account on the OKC Utilities customer portal, then click on the Billing tab. On the Billing page, use the menu on the left-hand side and click on the Payment Arrangement links. If you have an amount due and qualify for an extension or installment plan, you will be self-guided to sign up. Select the time period needed and the amount you can pay in each installment. As a reminder, installment plans can help you pay down a larger bill, but you will continue accruing water consumption and additional monthly utility bill costs.
