Neighborhood & Homeowner's Association Sprinkler Checkups

The Oklahoma City Water Conservation Team offers free sprinkler checkups for Neighborhood and Homeowner's Association maintained common areas (not individual residential properties). Program staff will run through each zone and flag problem areas. An Association contact needs to be available to show where controllers are located. Sprinkler systems must use Oklahoma City water.

To schedule a checkup, complete the form below. 

Program requirements:

  • In-ground, functional irrigation system with water meter and backflow turned on
  • Common areas only, fenced-in backyards will not be included
  • Working irrigation system controllers
  • Association leader or landscape management company to show staff the controllers
  • Please note: Program is not for individual properties.
