The Oklahoma City Economic Development Trust was created in 2007 to oversee the City’s Strategic Investment Program, which focuses on the creation of quality jobs. The Trust is also responsible for many of the City’s tax increment finance (TIF) districts. Its meetings and agendas are posted online. The Trust consists of two City Council members and three at-large trustees recommended by the Mayor and approved by the Council. Current Trustees are:

  • Larry McAtee – Chairman (Ward 3 Councilman)
  • Rhonda Hooper – Vice Chairman (at-large)
  • Todd Stone (Ward 4 Councilman)
  • Jim Roth (at-large)
  • Lynn Pickens (at-large)
