Economic Development Trust

The Oklahoma City Economic Development Trust was created in 2007 to oversee the City’s Strategic Investment Program, which focuses on the creation of quality jobs. The Trust is also responsible for many of the City’s tax increment finance (TIF) districts. Its meetings and agendas are posted online. The Trust consists of two City Council members and three at-large trustees recommended by the Mayor and approved by the Council. Current Trustees are:

  • Todd Stone – Chairperson
  • Rhonda Hooper – Vice Chairperson (at-large)
  • Mark Stonecipher (Ward 8 Councilman)
  • Maurianna Adams (at-large)
  • Miriam Campos (at-large)

Meeting Schedule

The Trust meets monthly, normally on a Tuesday. See the latest meeting agenda.

Meetings are at 2 p.m. in the Oklahoma City Council Chamber on the third floor of City Hall, 200 N Walker Ave.
