Make a one-time payment with a bank account number, or a one-time credit or debit card payment on our online account and payment portal.
First, register an account to store your personal information for paying your own utility bill. Then, log in to review current or previous bills, print them for school enrollment, free landfill day, hazardous waste drop off, manage your preferences and pay your or someone else’s utility bill. Keep your account profile updated.
There is no fee for online payments.

Download the OKC Utilities mobile app for free today for your Apple or Android device. Use the app to manage your account, check your bill, get account notifications and pay your bill from anywhere at any time.
Pay your bill when and where it’s convenient for you. With 121 Paysite kiosks in the OKC metro, you’ll surely find one near you. Payment kiosks are located in all Homeland, Crest and 7-11 stores. The kiosks charge a fee and take cash or personal checks. When paying with cash, be sure it’s close to the amount owed. The kiosks cannot give cash back but will credit your account with the extra amount paid.
Western Union agent location
Fill out a form with the biller name (Oklahoma City Utilities), your account number and the amount due. Western Union will provide a receipt to confirm your transaction, and you should keep it for your records. Use the MTCN number on receipt to track the transaction.
