Renovation and expansion added more than 100,000 square feet to the former Myriad Convention Center, later called the Cox Convention Center.

It included a 25,000-square-foot ballroom and a sandstone-and-glass grand staircase. The interior featured a subtle Native American graphic and indigenous materials such as granite.

Functional upgrades included integrated audio-visual equipment, updated electrical and mechanical systems as well as catering facilities. A convention hotel adjoined it.

Upon the opening of MAPS 3's Oklahoma City Convention Center, it was converted and leased to Prairie Surf Studios.
