The MAPS 3 Downtown Convention Center will replace Oklahoma City’s current, aging convention center, and will help our community stay competitive in the lucrative convention industry for years to come. Attracting major conventions helps create local jobs and brings millions of dollars of business and tax revenue to Oklahoma City.
- Project budget: $288 million
- Construction: Scheduled groundbreaking in 2017.
- Size: 200,000-square-foot exhibit hall, 45,000-square-foot meeting space, 30,000-square-foot ballroom.
- Location: East of the MAPS Park. Bounded on the north by SW 4th Street, south by SW 7th Street, west by Robinson Avenue and east by Shields Boulevard.
