The eight MAPS 3 projects are complete, with the final project completed in 2024.
The City Council oversaw MAPS 3 with the help of an 11-member Citizens Advisory Board, composed of members the Mayor appointed and the Council confirmed, and seven subcommittees. Subcommittees were chaired by an advisory board member and guided each project from start to finish. The board and subcommittee members were Oklahoma City residents who were civic-minded stakeholders in the MAPS 3 projects.
