Total project budget: $82 million

MAPS 4 replaced the aging arena at OKC Fair Park with the new OG&E coliseum. The Jim Norick Arena opened in 1964 and has historically had the largest economic impact of all publicly owned facilities in Oklahoma City. The new 216,164-squarefoot OG&E Coliseum is the new home of major national, state and local events and will continue to attract visitors from around the world who boost the local economy with their spending.

The $126-million project is funded through MAPS 3, MAPS 4, hotel tax revenue and other funding sources. The new coliseum replaces the former Jim Norick Arena, which is scheduled to start being demolished in August 2025.
