Diversion Hub
Rendering by Rees Associates
Total project budget: $18.9 million
MAPS 4 includes $18.9 million to transform the City’s approach to criminal justice and relieve pressure on the Oklahoma County Jail. The Diversion Hub is a multi-agency network helping people to receive coordinated, life-stabilizing services as they navigate the criminal justice system. The Diversion Hub will work with low-level offenders to provide a diversion away from time behind bars and a path towards a better life, which is the best possible outcome for that person and our community. Programming will likely include areas for administration, kitchen/dining functions, justice navigation, family services, probationary services, behavioral health/substance abuse, employment services, and client education.
