Crime Stoppers

Founded in July 1979, Oklahoma City Crime Stoppers was created to give citizens a safe and anonymous way to provide information to law enforcement. Today, the program continues to serve as a vital partnership between the community, local media, and law enforcement agencies to help prevent and solve crime throughout the Oklahoma City metro area.

Supported entirely through private donations and fundraising, OKC Crime Stoppers has helped generate thousands of arrests and recover significant amounts of illegal drugs, firearms, and stolen property — all without the use of taxpayer dollars.

Tips can be submitted anonymously by calling the hotline at 405-235-7300, visiting www.okccrimetips.com, or through the P3 Tips app, available for iPhone and Android devices.

MSgt. Jennifer Wardlow serves as the Oklahoma City Police Department’s Crime Stoppers Coordinator and can be contacted at jennifer.wardlow@okc.gov or 405-316-5397 for additional information about the program.
