Get help with OKC Utilities’ new payment and account portal

Published on January 05, 2021

The new My OKC Utilities payment and account portal for Oklahoma City Utilities customers is live at okcutilities.com, and customer service staff is on hand to help with the transition.

The new payment website and smartphone app have been live since November. It’s for anyone who receives a City of Oklahoma City bill for water service, and trash, recycling and bulky waste pickup.

What you need to know

okcutilities.com and the My OKC Utilities app are the new ways to pay a bill online or using your smartphone. The old online portal and app are no longer available.

Every customer got a paper bill in November with their account number. Call Utilities Customer Service at (405) 297-2833 or email water@okc.gov if you can’t find your account number.

Customers on auto pay or paperless billing need to re-enroll at okcutilities.com using their house and account number. Re-enrolling with your account number is safest for updating and securing personal information.

An alert letter with your account number and instructions is coming soon for customers who previously used auto pay, but haven’t yet re-enrolled in the okcutilities.com system.

How to pay your bill

There are several ways to pay your City of Oklahoma City bill for water, trash and recycling service:

  • Visit okcutilities.com.
  • Use the new My OKC Utilities smartphone app for Android and iOS.
  • Use a Paysite kiosk: paysitekisoklocator.com.
  • Fill out a form with Oklahoma City Utilities as the biller name and your account number at a Western Union location: WesternUnion.com.
  • By mail to the City of Oklahoma City at P.O. Box 26570, Oklahoma City, OK 73126.
  • By phone at (405) 297-2833, select option 2.
  • Use your bank’s bill pay function if it can be linked to your Oklahoma City Utilities account.
