In 2026, Key to Home launched the Complex Adaptive Engagement and Response (CARE) Team, a multidisciplinary approach to serving our neighbors with the highest barriers and complex needs.
The CARE Team brings together expertise in housing navigation, case management, street outreach, crisis response, as well as mental and physical health care. This new initiative provides a new pathway to housing and support for individuals with mental health challenges that have made success in traditional housing programs difficult.
