OKC hosts Special Collection for tires, computers and more April 11

Oklahoma City will host a Special Collection of unwanted computers, tires, ammunition and prescription medication from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, April 11, at OKC Fair Park. The drop-off site will be on the south side of OKC Fair Park, east of the new OG&E Coliseum.

OKC Streetcar service interruption planned for March 25 & 26

Oklahoma City Streetcar will temporarily suspend service on March 25, starting at 10 p.m. until approximately 4 p.m. on March 26, to allow crews to perform work related to the OKC New Arena. EMBARK will provide a bus shuttle service to streetcar stops starting at 6 a.m. on March 26.

Walker Avenue Enhancement Project to improve corridor

The project will coordinate with the adjacent NW 23rd Street Enhancement Project to minimize impact on the community and will pause work to accommodate events such as Paseo First Fridays and the Paseo Arts Festival. The project is expected to be complete in early 2027.
