City of OKC offices closed May 25 for Memorial Day

Monday trash and recycling pick up delayed to Wednesday, May 27

The Memorial Day holiday schedule for City of OKC services is below:

Memorial Day (Monday, May 25)

  • Trash and recycling pick up is delayed. Make-up day is Wednesday, May 27. Bulky waste collection not affected.
  • Closed:
    • City offices.
    • Animal Welfare.
    • Municipal Court.
    • Household Hazardous Waste Collection Center.
    • OKC Parks recreation centers, community centers, gyms, family aquatic centers and the Will Rogers Senior Center.
      • All outdoor parks open 5 a.m. - 11 p.m.
    • Martin Park Nature Center.
      • Outdoor grounds open 7 a.m. - 8 p.m.
    • Will Rogers Gardens Exhibition Center and Ed Lycan Conservatory.
      • Outdoor grounds open 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.
  • Free fare for OKC buses, OKC Streetcar, RAPID and OKC PLUS Zone 1 & 1a ADA Paratransit.
    • OKC buses operate on a weekend schedule.
    • RAPID operates on a 30-minute frequency from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
    • OKC Streetcar operates on a regular schedule until midnight.
    • OKC PLUS operates on a weekend schedule, and 235-PLUS Call Center is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
    • Transit Center Customer Service and 235-RIDE Call Center are closed.
