OKC Animal Welfare hosts Dogtober Fest Oct. 18

The festival is from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 18, at the Earlywine Park pavilion, 3033 SW 119th St. All adoption fees for dogs will be waived on Oct. 18 as part of the celebration. The event will feature a low-cost vaccine clinic provided by Angel Fund OKC, giving pets access to affordable healthcare.
