OKC Parks offers three exciting fall break camps

OKC Parks is offering three fall break camps at five locations throughout the city, including a new camp partnership with the Girl Scouts Western Oklahoma.

“We are so excited about the chance to partner with the Girl Scouts to offer a fun, free fall break camp for our community,” said Lisa Hubbell, recreation manager for OKC Parks. “Girls of all ages will have a great time exploring and playing together.”

Registration is also open for Outdoor Adventure Camp, which focuses on exploring outdoor activities like hiking and fishing. Kidz Rock Fall Break is a weeklong recreation program that gives students the chance to play, create, and build new friendships.

All camps are Oct. 13-17. Prices, ages, and hours vary by camp. Sign up at okc.gov/parks or call (405) 297-2211 for more information.

Girl Scouts Love the Outdoors
Get ready to unplug, explore, and go wild with OKC Parks and Girl Scouts Western Oklahoma! Girls will jump into a week of exciting, age-appropriate activities that spark curiosity, build confidence, and celebrate the spirit of adventure. Whether it's going on nature scavenger hunts, crafting with natural materials, or learning new skills, every moment is packed with hands-on fun designed to inspire leadership, teamwork, and a love for the environment. Lunch and snacks are provided.

Outdoor Adventure Camp
Calling all adventure seekers! Are you ready to go on adventures around OKC as we experience the wonders the great outdoors has to offer? Archery, hiking, fishing, rock climbing, kayaking, and more! Campers will experience opportunities in teamwork and education at some of the amazing outdoor activities that OKC has to offer. Daily field trips are a bonus with this camp!

Cost: $185
Ages: 8-14
Location: Macklanburg Recreation Center, 2234 NW 117th St.

Kidz Rock Fall Break
Looking for a fun, engaging, and safe way to keep your kids active during fall break? Look no further than Kidz Rock Fall Break, the ultimate recreation program by OKC Parks! Designed for adventure, learning, and nonstop fun, Kidz Rock offers a wide variety of exciting activities that support recreation, STEAM, culture, health, and community involvement. Our campers enjoy creative games, hands-on projects, and opportunities to build new friendships. Lunch and snacks are provided.
