OKC Parks has something for everyone this weekend

After School Kids Club

Southern Oaks Recreation Center, 6818 S Walker Ave., is hosting “After School Kids Club” from 3:30-6 p.m. starting Dec. 1. Your kids will have the chance to participate in fun sports, games and arts and crafts. They can make new friends all while in a safe, supervised environment. This program is for elementary- and middle-school-aged kids. $10/kid. Registration ends Dec. 15.

Skills and Drills Soccer

Pitts Recreation Center, 1920 N Kate Ave., is helping kids build their soccer skills with “Skills and Drills Soccer” Fridays in December starting on Dec. 1. Kids will learn dribbling, passing, blocking and overhead serving. This program promotes healthy living, physical fitness and teamwork. This free program is for children ages 6-17. Registration ends Dec. 22.

Smash Down at Southern Oaks

Southern Oaks Recreation Center, 6818 S. Walker Ave., is hosting “Smash Down” from noon-4 p.m. on Dec. 2. This is the ultimate Super Smash Bros. tournament where kids will have the opportunity to compete for the title of Smash Bros. champion. This is a free tournament for kids 8-17. Registration ends Dec. 2.
