Beginning Monday, Aug. 22, Kelley Avenue will temporarily close from Wilshire Boulevard to Musgrave Boulevard.
Crews will remove and install concrete drainage structures and relocate utility lines.
Local access will be maintained. However, other drivers should take alternate routes. Detours will be marked.
The closure is expected to last through fall 2022, subject to weather and other factors.
