Water pressure is being restored for customers who receive their water from Stanley Draper water treatment plant. The freezing temperatures affected the water treatment system and many customers experienced low pressure or no water service during the afternoon. The lines have been repaired and water service will be resumed.
City officials ask affected customers to please be patient as reestablishing pressure may take a few hours. Air in water lines is normal as service is restored and running faucets briefly will resolve the issue.
