Published on April 16, 2026
Community members, partners and stakeholders are invited to the State of Homelessness Address hosted by Key to Home Partnership on May 7 from 3:30 to 5 p.m. at the Yale Theater, 227 SW 25th St.
This annual event will provide an in-depth look at the current state of homelessness in Oklahoma City, including the official findings from the 2026 Point-in-Time (PIT) Count, which was conducted in January. Attendees will also hear about strategic priorities and collaborative efforts underway aimed at reducing homelessness and strengthening the system of care over the coming years.
The program will feature remarks from city leadership, including Mayor David Holt, as well as updates from Key to Home Partnership staff. It will conclude with a panel discussion featuring local homelessness and housing experts, followed by Q&A.
Community members can submit questions ahead of the event at okc.gov/SOHA. The deadline to submit questions is May 5 at 5 p.m.
“This event is an important opportunity to share progress, align on priorities and engage the community in solutions,” Strategy and Implementation Manager for the Key to Home Partnership Jamie Caves said. “Addressing homelessness requires ongoing collaboration, transparency, and a shared commitment to action.”
The State of Homelessness Address is free and open to the public, and all are encouraged to attend.
