Todd Stone was elected to Ward 4 on April 4, 2017. He was re-elected in 2021 to a second term and in 2025 for a third term.
Councilman Stone is a fourth-generation South Oklahoma City native who was born and raised in Oklahoma City. After graduating from Moore High School, Councilman Stone served in the Oklahoma Air National Guard. He carries on with the family tradition of running small businesses that often include other family members.
Councilman Stone is an active member of the community and serves on the Police Athletic League Board along with the Myriad Gardens Foundation Executive Board. He also serves on the following city committees and trusts.

He has also previously served on the Oklahoma City Airport Trust, Oklahoma City Water and Utilities Trust and the Association of Central Oklahoma Governments.
Councilman Stone lives in South Oklahoma City with his wife of 41 years. His personal interests include boat racing and spending time with his kids and four grandsons.
