405 FC
405 FC is a multi-tiered soccer league with five sanctioned recreational and competitive leagues for youth, teens and adults.
All leagues are co-ed. Youth players can sign up as individuals or as a team; adults register as full teams only. All Oklahoma City games are played at Wendell Whisenhunt Sports Complex, 3200 S. Independence Ave.

Developmental League
Ages: 4-9
Skill Level: Recreational
Game Location: Oklahoma City
Uniform: Included
Younger players have the opportunity to learn and develop fundamental skills in a safe, fun, and non-competitive environment. All teams have one weekly practice, and games are on Saturdays. Players must play within their age division.
The Academy
Ages: 4-9
Skill Level: Competitive
Game Location: Home games are in Oklahoma City, and away games are played throughout the state.
Uniform: Included
This academy-style travel program includes opportunities to compete against teams in surrounding metro areas. It's a great way for players to experience quality competition while continuing to grow in the sport. The program emphasizes sportsmanship, teamwork, and fair play, helping participants develop both on and off the field. This league is sanctioned by U.S. Youth Soccer and the Oklahoma Soccer Association. League fees include practice jerseys, two uniform kits, field usage, and an annual OSA membership. Teams practice twice a week. To join this division, players must participate in annual tryouts in June or request open practice session with a team that does not have a full roster. Birth certificates are required. Players cannot play more than two divisions older than their current age.
Travel Recreation
Ages: 10-18
Skill Level: Recreational
Game Location: Home games are in Oklahoma City, and away games are played throughout the state.

Travel Recreation teams compete in the West Travel League, a recreational league that helps players develop while competing against other players near their skill levels. This league is sanctioned by U.S. Youth Soccer and the Oklahoma Soccer Association. League fees include practice jerseys, two uniform kits, field usage, and an annual OSA membership. Birth certificates are required. Teams practice twice a week.
Competitive
Ages: 10-18

Game Location: Home games are in Oklahoma City, and away games are played throughout the state.

Competitive teams play in the Oklahoma Premier League, the highest level of competition in the state. This is a highly competitive youth soccer league sanctioned by US Youth Soccer and the Oklahoma Soccer Association. Birth certificates are required. Birth certificates are required. Adult Recreation
Ages: 18 and older
Skill Level: Recreational
Game Location: Oklahoma City
Uniform: Teams provide their own
This 11v11 league has seven games and concludes with a single-elimination tournament. The maximum roster is 22. League fees include referees, OSA membership, and tournament awards. Registration for this league requires a team captain to register for the entire team. Individual players will not be assigned to teams through registration.
