The City’s OKCCare Employee Medical Center is yours to use. There’s no cost for anyone age 2 and up on your City of OKC health insurance plan, including retirees.  In addition, any generic medications that are kept in-stock at the OKCCare Employee Medical Center can be prescribed at no cost.  Free parking in the Arts District Parking Garage with validated ticket from OKCCare Employee Medical Center.

OKCCare Employee Medical Center, operated by CareATC, is staffed by a licensed physician and medical assistants. Just like visiting your personal doctor’s office, all medical records are confidential. The City does not have access to any personal medical records.

How do I make an appointment?

Schedule an appointment by calling (800) 993-8244. If this is your initial appointment, a Personal Health Assessment (PHA) will be completed.

What is a Personal Health Assessment (PHA)?

The PHA consist of a basic collection of your vitals and lab work.  The PHA is required for adults (employees/spouses) to receive medical services at OKCCare Employee Medical Center.    Participants are required to get a yearly PHA.  In addition, the City offers a yearly PHA event for participants (typically in May) to complete the annual PHA.
