The City’s OKCCare Employee Medical Center is yours to use. There’s no cost for anyone age 2 and up on your City of OKC health insurance plan, including retirees.  In addition, any generic medications that are kept in-stock at the OKCCare Employee Medical Center can be prescribed at no cost.  Free parking in the Arts District Parking Garage with validated ticket from OKCCare Employee Medical Center.

OKCCare Employee Medical Center, operated by Premise Health is staffed by a licensed physician, physicians assistant, nurse and  two medical assistants. Just like visiting your personal doctor’s office, all medical records are confidential. The City does not have access to any personal medical records.

COVID-19 Update 

As you are likely already aware, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is monitoring the current outbreak of COVID-19, a disease caused by the Coronavirus.

At Premise Health we have a dedicated COVID-19 Clinical Response Team that has been monitoring the evolution of the COVID-19 outbreak since mid-January 2020. Our top priority is ensuring the health and welfare of our members, clients, and team members.

Here are a few things we are asking of our members during this time:

CALL AHEAD if you have fever or respiratory symptoms: If you have already made, or would like to make a medical appointment, please CALL the wellness center and tell us about your symptoms. This will help our wellness center take steps to keep other people from getting infected or exposed.

MEDICATION REFILLS: If you need a refill authorization for your medications, please CALL the wellness center and one of our team members will be able to assist you.

STAY HOME: The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends that people who are ill with fever and cough should stay away from others. People with COVID-19 (the disease caused by coronavirus) should self-isolate at home during their illness. You should restrict activities outside your home. If you have a medical emergency, please call 911.
