The Oklahoma City Port Authority provides a means for the City to purchase, construct and operate port, terminal or transportation facilities, participate in State and Federal grants and establish and operate foreign trade zones. The Authority’s five members are appointed by the Mayor with the consent of the Council to four-year terms. The Board meets bi-monthly on the third Wednesday at 12 p.m. at The Alliance, 105 N Hudson, Suite 101.
