This calendar lists public outdoor events permitted through the City of Oklahoma City. Questions about holding an event on private or public property can be directed to specialevents@okc.gov.

Body Weight HIIT

This class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body and improve your endurance. All fitness levels are welcome!

For Ages 18+

Cost: $5/class
Register on site at Melrose Recreation Center.
