These rates and fees became effective October 1, 2009.

They amount to an increase of 5% over last year. The base rate for a typical household is now $7.37. The usage rate is $2.15 per 1,000 gallons. Rates are higher for larger lines and suburban city customers. The City still has some of the lowest rates in the region.
