To Start Service:

Activating your water, sewer and refuse utilities is only a phone call away. Call (405) 297-2833 and provide Utility Customer Services with your name, telephone number, Social Security number and current employer name and your utilities will be activated in two business days. A deposit or a Letter of Credit from another utility may be required. Customers who have maintained good credit with the City for a minimum of 12 months are eligible for a deposit refund. The refund will be applied to the account as a payment. On closed accounts, refund checks will be mailed out two weeks after the account is closed.

If you are aware of or suspect a previous problem with services to the property you are purchasing or renting, such as an outstanding balance, please visit Utility Customer Services, (street level), 420 W. Main, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Free parking is provided across the street. Please provide a photo ID and a copy of your lease agreement if you are renting, or deed if you are purchasing the property along with your telephone number, Social Security number and current employer name.
