In order to be approved for house-side refuse pick-up, the attached Affidavit for
Refuse Assistance must be completed and returned to us, along with a letter from
your personal physician stating that you are under that doctor’s care and are physically
unable to place your trash cart at the curb in front of your property.
The letter should be on the doctor’s letterhead and include your name and
address, along with a general description of the disability, which prevents you
from moving your trash cart to the curb.
Please keep a copy of the affidavit and the doctor’s letter and mail the originals
to the address on the affidavit.
Once your house-side service is established, please place your trash cart beside
your house so that it is accessible and visible on trash pick-up day.
If your cart is behind a gate, the gate must be left ajar by 6:00a.m on your
pick-up day. House-side service applies
to cart pick-up only.
