Utility Service Center

The "Help 2 Others" program (H2O) gives money to the Salvation Army to assist those who need help paying their water utility bills. An average of 4000 families per year have been helped.

By rounding up your water utility payment to the nearest whole dollar you can contribute to the "Help 2 Others" program.

How do you participate? Just two easy steps!

  • Round up your water utility payment to the nearest whole dollar.
  • Check off the Round it UP box on the bill.

Every penny counts in helping others, and it's tax deductible. A statement of your annual contributions will be mailed to you each year.

If you use our Automatic Bill Credit and would like to make a regular donation to Help 2 Others:

  • Make your donation in the form of a check payable to "The City of Oklahoma City."
  • Check the Round it UP box on your water bill.
  • Mail the check and the water bill stub to:

In the first year of the 'Round it UP' campaign, Oklahoma City water utility customers gave more than $25,000 to the H2O fund. Not only did they enjoy the benefits of Oklahoma City's fresh, pure, ample water supply... they helped others enjoy it too!
