Automatic Bill Crediting (ABC) is a more convenient way to pay your monthly utility bill. ABC lets you pay your bills automatically by charging it to your checking or savings account. Some of the advantages of this Plan are:

No check to write

• Convenience of paying bill while out of town or on vacation
• No envelope to address
• No postage cost
• Eliminates late payment and resulting charge
• No worry about lost payment or mail delay
• Reduces time required to pay bill

How it works

When you join the ABC Plan you will still receive a monthly bill. On the due date of your utility bill, your bank will automatically transfer the amount due to the City of Oklahoma City. The automatic transfer date will appear on your bill. If you have questions about your bill, you will have plenty of time to contact us before the automatic transfer. If, at any time, you wish to stop paying by automatic transfer, simply contact Utility Customer Services at (405)297-2833, and we will take you off the ABC.

It's easy to sign up

The only requirement to enroll in the ABC Plan is that you have a checking or savings account. Simply complete an authorization form and return it with a voided blank check to Utility Customer Services, 420 W. Main, Suite 100, Oklahoma City, OK 73102. It will take about four weeks to set up your ABC account. Continue to pay your bill as usual, until your bill is marked, "Do not pay. The amount due will be paid automatically".

From then on, you can forget having to remember to pay your Oklahoma City utility bill!
