| Neighborwoods Program | |
The NeighborWoods program connects community sponsors with citizens to provide trees to residential neighborhoods in low- to moderate-income neighborhoods. The program provides educational tools and resources to recipients to foster long-term success of their trees. To date, the NeighborWoods program has facilitated planting over 500 trees in the Douglas-Edgemere, Helm Farm, Paseo, Memorial Heights, Hope Crossing and Miller neighborhoods. The program has also organized education and distribution of 3,000 seedlings to local schools. If you would like to sponsor NeighborWoods or request a project for your neighborhood contact us. |
