Community Improvements

Community improvement projects are designed to meet Federal goals by assisting citizens most impacted by the recession, investing in environmental protections that will reduce identified risks, and investing in infrastructure that will provide long-term economic benefits by making the community more accessible for the disabled residents, preventing homelessness, and cleaning up polluted properties. The City has been awarded $4,874,789 for these projects.

 

Removal of Architectural Barriers at Public Libraries

Provide architectural services and building improvements to remove architectural barriers at three public libraries to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
