On February 17, 2009 the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) became law. This legislation contains several opportunities for the City to fund infrastructure projects, transit and other programs.

Some of the funds will be administered through the state, some will be delivered directly to cities through formula grants and others will be available through competitive grants. Rules and funding amounts for different programs are being released as they become available.

This Web site will be updated with new information about projects on an on-going basis. If you have specific questions about a program or project, please e-mail your inquiry to recovery@okc.gov.
