The Projects are as follows:

• Project EB-0017, Renovation of the existing Emerson Alternative School

• Project ES-0065, Addition & Renovation of the existing Spencer Elementary School

• Project ES-0066, Renovation of the existing Capitol Hill Elementary School

• Project ES-0067, Renovation of the existing Columbus at Jackson School

Please include a copy of your 254 Form with your Letter of Interest.

 Time Schedule for the above projects: Schematic design in thirty (30) days, Preliminary Report required in sixty (60) days, and Final Plans & Specs in ninety (90) days of the issuance of the work order. Last Date for submitting letter of interest (six copies of letter and all attachments) to the Public Works Director, 420 W Main Street, Suite 700. Oklahoma City, OK 73102 prior to 5:00pm, (REVISED) to November 30, 2009.

• Project MZ-0048, Request for Proposals, to provide consultant services for a comprehensive master plan for the Oklahoma City Zoological Park & Botanical Gardens

• Addendum for Project MZ-0048

A mandatory information conference shall be held on Thursday, November 19th, 2009. from 10:00am to 4:00pm, in the Rosser conservation Education Center, Oklahoma City, Zoo, 2101 NE 50th Street, OKC.  Please RSVP to Donna at 405-425-0231 by 5:00pm, Monday, November 16th, 2009
