The purpose of the Oklahoma City Adopt-A-City Street Program is to create a catalyst to organize active community participation in keeping the City beautiful.

This program is a partnership between the City of Oklahoma City and the citizens of Oklahoma City. It builds city pride by beautifying our streets, increasing safety and decreasing litter and other pollutants through trash removal and other volunteer beautification efforts.

Through removal of hazardous material along the roadside, this program will reduce pollutants going into our streams, rivers and lakes, thus aiding our environment. Ultimately, this program will create a greater environmental awareness by the community.
