The Southeast Sector covers far southeast Oklahoma City. It includes Tinker AFB and Lake Stanley Draper.

Over 40 area residents, business people and others spent 7 months developing the draft of the Southeast Sector Plan.

Among the issues addressed in the Southeast Sector Plan are:

• Residential Development
• Standards for New Development
• Urban DevelopmentInfrastructure
• City Services
• Environmental/Natural Resources

Planning staff and other City officials
meet with residents as part of the
Sector Plan process.

The Plan provides direction for development and public improvement decisions by the Planning Commission, City Council and developers. Capital improvements priorities are decided in the Capital Improvements Program and City Budget.
