Picnic shelters provide an easy,
affordable way to host your next outdoor event or party. With eighteen
shelters at distinct park locations, the Oklahoma City Parks and Recreation
Department can help you find the perfect spot for almost any outdoor
gathering.
RENTAL
INFORMATION:
Rental Season: April 15 - October 31. Reservations
may be made up to a year in advance.
Off-season rentals: Limited rentals may be available
between November 1 - April 14. An off-season cleaning deposit is required,
and water hook-ups, including restrooms, are not available.

Parks & Recreation Office Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00
p.m. Monday-Friday.
Location: 420 West Main Street, Suite 210
Key Pick-up:
If your rental includes a pavilion key, please pick it up prior to your
rental. If you are renting on a weekend, you must pick up your key by 5:00
p.m. on the Friday before your rental weekend. Staff are not available to issue keys
on weekends or after 5:00 p.m. Friday.
Cost: Rental rates vary depending upon
the size of the shelter and park where it is located. Please see our
2013 Rental Rates and Fee Schedule for specific pricing.
