The City of Oklahoma City Parks and Recreation Department rents portable bleachers for special events throughout the Oklahoma City metropolitan area. These portable bleachers are ideal for any spectator event held in a park, parking lot or even indoors. Four individual bleacher units are available.

Availability:
Year-round.
One or more bleacher sets may be rented by an organization or individual. Up to 4 sets available.

Size: Each bleacher set has 9 rows and is 10' 2" tall x 18' x 2" deep (folded out)
31 feet in length (36' feet with tongue out)

Capacity: Each bleacher set can seat up to 180 people, based upon a confirguration of 18" per seat.


Delivery and Set-Up: The Grounds Maintenance Division will deliver and set-up bleachers at the designated event site. Pre-event inspection may be required by Department if requested set-up site is not located on a firm, reasonably level surface. Bleachers may also be delivered to indoor sites. Overnight security must be provided if the bleacher units are to be left overnight at any event location.

All applications will be reviewed by the Grouds Division before a permit may be processed. Please give staff a minimum of 14 working days to process your request. Once notified of approval, applicant will have seven days to remit payment in full.
